Höegh LNG, with its almost 40 year track record, delivers reliable and high quality services with no compromise on reliability and safety. Höegh LNG's core product for this business segment is LNG transportation services based on long-term contracts with first class energy companies.
All of the Group's existing LNG carriers (owned, chartered in and under management) are chartered out on long-term charter parties to first class energy companies. Norman Lady is currently operating under a time charter with Gas Natural which runs until September 2012. Arctic Princess and Arctic Lady are both servicing the Snøhvit project located in the Barents Sea off the coast of Northern Norway, sailing time charter with Statoil and Total, respectively. The time charters expire in 2026. STX Frontier is chartered from STX Pan Ocean and re-let on a time charter basis to Repsol until 2013. Höegh LNG has an option to purchase the vessel at the end of the charter. Höegh LNG has the ship management of the 1979 built LNG carrier Matthew. The regasification vessels GDF Suez Neptune and GDF Suez Cape Ann serve the Neptune project off the coast of Massachusetts, United States, but are also utilised as part of GDF Suez’s shipping portfolio. Höegh LNG has purchased the carrier LNG Libra with delivery in June/July 2012.
