Based on the experience from the Neptune project, Höegh LNG embarked on establishing its own Deepwater Port Projects offshore Tampa on Florida’s west coast (Port Dolphin) and offshore Morecambe Bay in the Irish Sea (Port Meridian).

Port Meridian Energy Limited is a wholly owned UK subsidiary of Höegh LNG AS. The company has proposed a deep water port LNG receiving terminal to import natural gas to UK’s west coast.
